Founded to design software for the local Defense Department, our expertise in computers led to the development and introduction of the "M.Shafro & Co" in 1991. On the data of the analysis made by the company "IDC East Central Europe", "M.Shafro & Co" is among first five computer traders in Latvia (Source:IDC, 2000). Since 1998, "M.Shafro & Co" designs, manufactures, sells, and supports video surveillance system MSH-Video. In 2004 "M.Shafro & Co" created a strategic partnership with US based company Elartech, a division of Vedimex International, Inc. with the purpose to combine efforts in software and hardware Rsearch and Development and create product representation in the western hemisphere. Since 2004 MSH-Video has been sold in North America under brand name StreamVision™.
